    What is everyones best way to manage stress

    • Keep yourself busy, maybe find a new hobby?
    • Make sure you give yourself a break
    • Do things to keep you happy
    • Stay positive about all outcomes
    • Try to mange your time wisely
    • Eating healthy and exercising regularly has proven to reduce stress
    • Have enough sleep, you should be sleeping 7-8 hours a day
    • Share your feelings about stress with someone close to you

    Thanks allot, a lot of my stress at the minute is from now having sufficient resources for my thesis, I was just wondering do you have access to Mintel Reports, if you do could you please send me on this report
