How do I slow down and make the present last? watch

    Lately, I feel like my life is going by way too fast. Whenever the day starts, I immediately like fast forward to the end of the day and feel like the day is already over. I also worry about how I feel in the future rather than now. How do I slow down time and make the moment last?
