Unilever UFLP essay questions help!
Hi,
I am applying for the Unilever Future Leaders Programme 2016 and I am supposed to write answers to two questions as part of the application form. Being a non-English speaker, I'm struggling to come up with ideas to answer these. Can anyone please let me know of some examples or share their own answers so that I can have an idea? Thanks in advance.
The questions are as follows with a limit of 250 words each.
1- Describe a time when you came up with an idea that required you to get the support of others.
2- Describe a time when you spotted an opportunity and made it happen.
