How do you cope with life? watch

    What i have found EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY helpful, is sleeping properly.

    Sleeping early and WAKING up early before sunrise and starting the day from there, everyday including weekends.
    Waking up before sunrise, helps me think clearer as ill have more time to do things, it really helps.
