Granted, for the first 13 years I was okay with being single. For the first 20 I was kind of okay. Now it's getting ridiculous.

Definitely. Especially recently. And I hate it when people who have been in relationships in their teens/early twenties tell me that it's okay to be single and that relationships aren't everything. I know that relationships aren't perfect and that all experiences don't end well, but I don't think you can understand how lonely it feels to not know what it's like to be in a relationship at all by this age (even if it ends in heartbreak) unless you've actually experienced it.
i agree with you on the relationships bit when ppl say it's okay to be single etc because i see that as pity, being the person i am i hate that sort of thing.

next on from being lonely are you looking to eventually have a partner?

I am. Although I feel as though I haven't really crushed on anyone for years - the other day I found myself questioning whether I could actually fall in love with anyone these days. I think I could, I think crushes diminishing once you're done with puberty is normal but usually people switch from spending energy on crushes to spending energy on pursuing relationships whereas my energy is kind of hanging around without anywhere to go.
What is life like at home? (Assuming you live by yourself or do you live with someone else?)
