I was wondering if anyone applied for the computer science MSc at Imperial for 2016 and how there applications are going?

Anyone got or had an interview yet?

Thanks

Applied late last year, heard nothing back since
^ Same here.

UCL on the other hand gave me an admit 2 weeks ago. We're talking about the conversion course though, right?
Got a reject today.
Sorry to hear about Imperial. Having had a look, UCL's course is very good and practical! Yes, I am talking about the conversion course. When did you apply for UCL?
My references were sent by first week of Jan. Did you not apply to UCL? Why not?
Great, what is your background in? Are you still studying or working?

I have applied but only recently. My references aren't complete yet, so I am worried about the outcome. Perhaps the application was made too late!

I am thinking of applying, but I have no programming experience before, other than some codeacademy level of java skills.

My current degree is also not mathematical based. I don't have any chance tbh

How about u?
I have done an engineering degree so got involved in programming. Which degree are you doing and where ?
I had a Physics degree. I would have liked an Imperial acceptance, but I was never going to attend it. UCL is approx 5000 pounds cheaper and uses Java while Imperial uses C++.

I've applied for the Computing Specialism a couple of months ago, still no reply
nefariousdream: Ya, I know what you mean, UCL's course seems to be a lot more practical too, you get to work with industry and develop a complete software package for clients which sounds wonderful! I hope to get a place at UCL too, but only applied last week.

aware1- What degree do you have ?
If any of you are still around can I ask when you got your offers, and how you're finding the course (if a) you were accepted, and b) you accepted the offer)?
