I'm currently sat in uni writing this as I've now made the decision to drop out. I'm studying International Relations and Politics at Oxford Brookes University, and although I know that I adore politics and world affairs, I've come to the realisation that it's simply not my calling. Amongst other things such as finances and the culture shock (I'm Welsh by nationality and I have been brought up speaking the language too), I feel that as well as wanting to move closer home, I've finally realised that my future calling is to be a Primary school teacher and consequently study a specialised degree in this area.
However, now that I'm sure of this decision and realisation, I feel I can no longer stay at my current institution as there really is no point. On the other hand, I have no idea how to go about dropping out nor the complications of this such as accommodation and student finance.. Any advice out there?
