Stress related exzem.. exs..eczema. What a word.

Sometimes I get a bit of rough feeling skin around my lips / nose when I'm particularly stressed out. Could be this?

I wouldn't say its red, but its also a bit on my cheek too.

I thought you could only be born with exzema.

sumthing like vasaline or E45 cream could help sounds jst like dry skin. can be cause by excess stress to be honest. but realli everyone is different on wat works with them. bt i wouldnt be too worried bout it, and if it gets any worse best bet is to get it checked.

Have you used anything in that area that you haven't used before? It could be a little reaction of some kind.

Are you feeling particularly stressed at the moment?

I react to things a lot, meaning I get crap skin from time to time. You could use something like E45 cream. Another cream that i've used, and prefer is Zenoxone Hydrocortisone cream. I find that it works wonders on my skin when i've got one of those little rashes. Both can be bought over the counter, there are also of plenty of other creams out there you can use. Nip into your local chemist and see what they've got, ask them about your rash too and they'll give you some advice.
