There are many posts on here about this but I need some advice! I went in dry and my banjo snapped the whole way and there was admittedly a lot of blood...:/ it's been about a week now and toilet visits are easy now but the peel back is still not possible and any contact with the foreskin is a short sharp stinging pain...

Please can you guys suggest what to do to help it heal or at least give me some idea of how long it will take to heal and just some tips and pointers?

    Thanks!

It's slang for... argh, I can't find the medical term, but the small string-like bit of flesh on the bottom of your penis that joins the foreskin to the head of the penis.

OP: you've not allowed enough time for it to heal. Talk to a GP or go to pharmacist for something to help a cut heal.

The frenulum? (A frenulum also being the thin stretch of skin that connects the the underside of our tongues to the bottom of our mouths?)

I've never heard of it being called a Banjo String before. Sounds like OP played a little too much bluegrass!

GP. They'll tell you what to do better than us folks on a student forum. Don't be embarrassed, they've seen more willies than the Archbishop of Canterbury.
