I'm in my first year of college and need to decide on a career path. What jobs are there from this type of degree, other than solicitors and barristers?

You would be able to access hundreds of grad schemes in various types of company, you could work for the government, in recruitment, in HR, as a shop assistant or a part-time cleaner and any of the myriad other careers that are open to people with diverse educational backgrounds.

Even with a law degree trust me becomming a solicitor/barrister isn't easy. I did a law degree and I also went onto do my lpc and I'm currently working in a legal firm's tax department (I have no accounting background) so the opportunities are endless. A lot of people from my uni who did law are all doing various things - some are working in retail, citizen's advice, banks etc. Your degree doesn't limit you to one occupation.
