Yep, haha. Well, I'm new to baking and roasting really.

Care to share some more ideas (or your own recipes?)

Roasting is one of the easiest things really, it's generally just sticking stuff in the oven and waiting.

there is a really simple roast pepper instructions, you don't have to add the herbs if you don't have them on hand/ like them.

The great thing about roasting hollowed out veg like peppers is you can stuff them with other yummy stuff and them eat them right a way or roast them again for a little bit to heat the stuffing/ melt any cheese.

Roast peppers are great stuffed with rice. But I personally also used to stuff them with onions, egg and cheese and whatever yummy flavours I could think of.

My number 1 cooking tip is just to be creative, that's how you learn best how to cook rather than only ever following instructions. It teaches you to be resourceful with the food you have so in future you stop needing to look up recipes because you have a good idea of what to do yourself.
