I've now started my DofE. And have decided that I'm going to go to a gym to complete my physical section. But are wondering how I would get it signed off and what kinda prove I would have to give. And how I can prove it.

    Hi there!

What you'll have to do is talk to someone at reception and explain that you're doing DofE but you need someone to sign your booklet. If you report to them every time you go to the gym, they can tally it and then sign your book when that section is completed.
Although I think this is acceptable, it's wise to check with the person running your DofE scheme to make sure - after all, they know everything you can and can't do
