Amazon reveals UK's fittest student cities Watch

    Amazon have released a list of the fittest student cities based on sales of fitness equipment.

    Is your city on the list? Do you think these are really the fittest student cities?

    Really don't think that sales of sports equipment = fit. If anything it is more likely to be negatively correlated as it imply a the people in those areas feel they need to get fitter.

    Definitely not the fittest cities, you cannot judge fitness on sales of fitness equipment, it's more a show of wealth of a place to have enough disposable income to buy fitness equipment.

    I think gym membership sales would have been a more accurate way to measure this, which Amazon don't do so they can **** right off.

    Tbf everyone cycles everywhere here in cambridge, so I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of the sales counted were bike related stuff.

    Lol that Leeds isn't on there though I out this down to Yorkshire tight-ness. There are cheaper places than Amazon to get your stuff even with Amazon student

    How many people buy gym memberships but don't really use them much? I agree it would be more accurate than sports equipment though.
