Halfway through Feb and it's been a slow start to the Matched betting with few reload offers on. Current profit for the month with betting: ~£350

Hey Guys, I have been reading around and everyone says that matched betting is legal but I am still afraid as I did not manage to find anything within the law related to this.
So guys:
Is Matched betting legal ? (Could you get in trouble, such as being fined etc.)
If you do not have a job, do you need to pay tax ?

Thanks

Totally legal. Who would fine you? You're not breaking any law.

No, all gambling winnings are tax-free in the UK.

Thanks Reue,
But Once you sign up to most of the bookies's website out there and use the introductory offer, how do you manage to find other offers ?

There's plenty of other offers! For example today I have done:

- Accumulator Refund
- Horse 1st place refund
- Horse 2nd place refund
- Greyhound 2nd place refund
- Bet x for free spins
- First goal scorer refund
- Bet for casino credit

ohh so bookies introduce new offers on a daily basis.

Don't really know how to do matched betting on the offers that you have done today. I am only familiar to do a matched betting on a single football matches.
Any idea how much I could earn monthly just doing this ?

It's not at all. You need to find a particular niche which has high demand but low competition. Once youve found it then it is relatively easy to either write a book or have someone else write one for you.

Finding that first area is the hard part

Why haven't bookies cracked down on Matched Betting? If enough people start to do it...?
