Depuis que j'étais petit(e), add the e only if you are a girl. You have to start with Depuis Que, depuis on its own would not make sense.

It doesn't make much sense in English though, you're referring to when you were little but also talking about how you've grown up?
Ever since I was little I've liked (I've been a fan of) Harry Potter would make more sense in any language

Generally wouldn't you say "Quand j'étais petite" (When I was little)?

j'ai (would this be je or j'ai ?) grandi avec harry potter
    Use J'ai
J'ai grandi avec harry potter. When you put it in the complete sentence it would translate as "i grew up with".
As a side note, most past tense use auxiliary "avoir" in French. Here its J'ai or it would have been Je Suis with auxiliary "être" Je on its own is for present tense.

If this confuses you, google them for a more clarified explanation.

Depuis j'étais jeune, j'ai grandi avec Harry Potter. I am part french. But your english sentence doesn't make sense. You could say: J'ai regardé la série de <<Harry Potter>> depuis que j'étais un enfant. (I have watched the harry potter series since i was a kid). If it is a speaking then pronounce Harry Potter like Fleur does for bonus points
