I have my A Level Spanish speaking exam coming up in the summer and I was wondering if anyone knows if the exam boards mind you using an accurate South American accent (Argentinian in my case) rather than a Spanishy-Spanish ceceo accent.

Hi, it's not a problem. I did it a few years ago and my accent is Canarian (seseo, swallowed Ss at ends of words, some different vocab - closer to SA than Spain) and it wasn't an issue at all.
