I asked RWTH Aachen, and they said, the minimum grades are C(Math,2 natural science and 1 language) and without any test (they only need A Level Certificates).
    I can't believe it,for me,grade C is easy to get.
    So,if i get c grades,will i make it to university?

Minimum being the operative word. RWTH Aachen is one of Europe's best engineering universities; you're competing with applicants who have top grades so you need to aim high and work hard. If you applied with 4 Cs your chances of acceptance would be very, very slim.

Do you speak German? I don't think RWTH Aachen do any English-taught degrees.

There is no safe grade, you apply and see what conditions (if any) they set. No point worrying about it until you know more.
