    Does anyone know what happens when you are asked to attend a school progress panel for the first time. Does it just mean you will be automatically withdrawn if you don't have any extenuating/mitigating circumstances? Or will you be issued a warning since its your first time and you never received a prior warning?

    Have you been given other info, other than just when to attend... for example, have you been told what the circumstances are for being called there?

    Some SU's offer advice services, and the one at my university will actually come along to meetings/panels along these lines to support you, both morally and in terms of technically what you've done, and any potential punishments... If you've got extenuating circumstances then you may be able to appeal depending on the decision made if it's academic related...

    If you've had no warnings before, I reckon you'd have to have done something very bad to just get withdrawn straight away. I've got some experience through working with the advice service at my uni's SU, so know a little bit on this topic - if you give more info, may be able to help more!
