blotchy

hi there last night i had these few random blotchy rashy areas which when i went to bed i couldnt sleep because of itching the spots looked like heat rash spots but obviously wasnt a heat rash cause i still have them . just wondered if any one knew anythin about wot it may be

they just look exactly like heat spots but obviously arent yea theyre still there have loads on legs and neck,stomach and back

Umm, I don't know what heat spots look like. It could be an allergic reaction?

i was sitting with my quilt on the sofa and then since then got itchy and went to bed, so thought it may have been the duvet so i got new one today but havent been itchy as much since i got up theres still areas with spots but not as itchy

So you haven't drank or eaten anything unusual over the past few days, haven't used any new products of any sort (soap, washing powder, clothing, shower gel, etc...)?
