Probably Sonic and the Secret Rings, though that's more because the controls are very difficult to manage, and it requires a lot of memorisation of level design. That and F-Zero GX on the Gamecube, that was incredibly hard.

Call of Duty World at War campaign on Veteran, many frustrated nights trying to complete it, and I finally did it after my A-Level exams, never felt so relieved.

Omg hahaha. Does the DS version have multiplayer mode? Sometimes that made it harder, because people don't know how to share power ups. Ah, good times.

I think it had some form of multiplayer, but I don't remember a co-op story mode being in the game. And if I was playing co-op, the chances are that I'd actually be focused on getting the coins and that I'd go on an ingame murdering spree against the other players.

Prince of persia:sands of time, this is because if you do not know what you are doing you will get annoyed and stuck. Plus when you change forms your health drops and if you do not know where 2go your are basically screwed and have 2start again which is sooooo annoying.

... On a serious note, I didn't complete that game on EASY first time round. Apparently 70% of players don't complete their first campaign because it's so damn hard. God knows what the Hard and Impossible difficulties are like...

World at War - Veteran difficulty. BY FAR.

I've got a few games in my backlog that might overthrow WAW in some aspects.

I have obtained them not easily but I have obtained them all. Mostly on my own a fair few with friends.

F-Zero GX was pretty hard, at least when aiming for 100% completion.
