I sold a camera on eBay for £300 a couple of weeks ago. Today, I have logged on to eBay to see that the buyer has requested a return because of "items not included". They are complaining about not receiving a lens cover that I never said was included in the camera bundle. Paypal has now put the money on hold in my account, placing me overdrawn and without money for food (poor student living) - does anyone have experience on how to sort this as fast as possible please??

Call eBay and Paypal, email them screenshots of the listing as well as any receipts.

OK thank you I will get on that as soon as they open in the morning! I really hope they do justice and tell the buyer to stop being silly :/
