Hey! I have an conditional offer from Plymouth but I got a letter saying that they will change it to unconditional if I pick them as my firm choice. I would like to know if any one else got a similar letter? And how many people this happens to, whether or not it is a common occurrence?

I've just had the same thing this morning, wondering if it's common also.

I got an unconditional for marine biology deferred till 2017, advertised grade requirements ABB, got in with a BBB (have these grades already), plus AS maths B, EPQ A and qualified as a divemaster. Retaking 3 exams with an AAB prediction with another offer from Exeter. Going to firm Exeter, and Plymouth insurance.
