I'm just curious how. He believes in partial birth abortion in the case of rape and incest. And he said gay marriage is a reality nowadays. He's also not conservative when he says he wants all this manpower to deport a whole bunch of illegal immigrants and build wall. I feel like most of his rhetoric is simply culturally insensitive but not conservative. Conservative doesn't mean racist. So why is he's considered more conservative than actual conservatives? I'd think he's be more moderate like jeb bush and Kasich?

Yet the polls show otherwise that envangelical voters are favoring him over Rubio and cruz. I'm confused as to why? I mean to me it seems he's just going more off of things I agree with but it has nothing to do with the religious right.

People just want things to change in America. Trump is running for Republican, but shares policies and ideals from all kinds of parties. He's his own man.

Cruz is way way worse. Trump is faurly liberal tbh at least by American standards

for me it's just annoying because I prefer very conservative candidates but he's not quite it. I mean he's more conservative than bush was but I thought that was rather to accomplish. I'd think if it's the conservative's year I'd think it would be cruz or Rubio.

feel like cruz is fake. He is prolife except with the exception of life. But he rarely says this idk if that's to not get too much bad attention for it. After Scalia's death though I'd vote for him in the geral election. But I'm voting for marco Rubio in the Nevada caucus. But trump is definitely the left of both of them.

I don't think anyone is calling Trump more conservative than the two remaining Evangelicals (No Carson, you don't count as being in the running), and I haven't seen him portrayed that way in any of media to reach the UK (or the US stuff I've seen through politics/news subreddits). I've also not seen any sources indicating that evangelical voters favour Trump, although that may just be because it's the sort of thing that doesn't get reported over here often. Can you point me towards anything that suggests that?

I actually saw it on the news but I'm in the usa idk what they report in the uk...

Ben carson is imo more liberal than trump. But that's because he's pro abortion on demand so to me that makes him left to trump and on left to trump on immigration as well.
