Stop eating take aways
Reduce the amount of sugary foods and snacks.
Increase fruit and vegetable consumption.
Weight train (stronglifts 5x5) on a caloric deficit
If you really really want to lose weight then you could try Intermittent fasting or a vegan diet

If you are serious, then you will need to start controlling your food intake. You simply need to be at a consistent calorie deficit and you will lose weight. That means weighing yoir food on scales to accurately measure calories. Nutrition and exercise also help.

Replace fizzy drinks with water and diet coke
Set meal times
Track what you eat and count calories
Make healthier meals
Cut down portion sizes
Drink water after and before meals
Use a lot spice in your food
