Morgan Stanley Industrial Placement Assessment Day

Hi everyone

I'm going to have the assessment day with Morgan Stanley Finance & Operations Industrial Placement Programme next week.

I was told by HR that I'll have 2 interviews, a group discussion and a numerical test.

Wound anyone please give me some information on the assessment day?

1. For the competency interviews, do they probe a lot on your examples? Any difficult questions? Do they ask things like "What are the challenges MS is facing"?

2. What is the case in the group discussion? Is there a presentation involved in the discussion?

3. Is the numerical test SHL one?

Any advice would be very appreciated! Thank you!

Sorry to revive such an old thread, but I was unable to find any information in regards to the questions posed by the original poster. I was hoping someone could answer them or perhaps if not specifically for MS atleast for any Operations Assessment day someone has been to?
