We were given a booklet on Biotechnology at school that we have to complete, one of the tasks is 'Research also suggests that immobilised enzymes are less affected by changed in temperature than enzymes in solution. Design an experiment to investigate this hypothesis.'

I can't seem to find any experiments online and there are none in our textbooks :/
    Thanks in advance.
