Hi, i was wondering how much would the duke of Edinburgh gold award influence a Russell group university's decision to give me an interview to do medicine, assuming i have had done other volunteering work as well on top of Doe.

To be honest it looks good to have a long list of extra curricular activities like the duke of edinburgh and sports, but for Medicine they care way more about volunteering and work experience which is medicine related. But it wont do any harm to your application, the more you have the better but it's a combination of everything that counts for medicine
