How does a 16 year old you write a personal statement for a first time CV (for work experience).

To be honest, I wouldn't bother writing a CV just for work experience. I did 17 different placements before starting university, and not a single one asked me for a CV. You're better off writing a cover letter explaining when you want to go and how old you'll be at the time, why you want to go and what you hope to do, how this relates to future career plans, and a small bit about your skills and grades.
