Body check??

I have been thinking to have a body check done lately, coz I have never had one done before and a couple of serious has ran in the family. Plus have depression makes me worry about a lot of stupid things. Any idea where to get it done and how much would that be? I know there is many different types, I probably don't need a full full one, any info would be helpful.

Cheers mate, thanks for the help and support, I guess a lot of things have solutions but when you finally found out the root of porblems is your mum, how can the problem be solve easily? I just dunno how to opne my month and tell my mum she is my root of problem for my depression mostly... other surrounding matters are just triggers...
