Hi, I've upgraded to Windows 10 (couldn't be bothered for months and decided to do it now) but my cursor lags so much. It's physically impossible to get anything done. I have an acer aspire R11 laptop if that makes a difference. Can anyone help?

Also I have a few other concerns too but I don't know where to go to get these things fixed.

My laptop is extremely slow despite buying it brand new in August 2015, a month after buying it it became very slow and takes an extra half hour getting a simple task done (opening google chrome and googling something).
I recently found out the processor is horrific and the RAM is terrible too (I know nothing about laptops as you've already figured out). So what can I do about this? How do I make my laptop work efficiently, despite it being pretty new? Who do I see to get extra RAM put into the laptop (apparently I can fit 8GB RAM into it to make it faster?) And also is there a way to change the processor or am I better off getting a new laptop?
