    I would greatly appreciate some feedback on some of the following questions for personal research on a personal topic that I am studying.

    What do you think when you hear the term 'Strength and Conditioning'?

    What would you expect from a body/life transformation package? - Like what would you expect it to include.

    What encourages you to be active/go to a gym?

    How much would you pay total per month for tailored nutrition and 1:1 coaching?

    What would you expect from a tailor made nutrition and 1:1 coaching?

    What would you expect from a coach/leader?

    What do you dislike about gyms you have previously visited?

    What do you like about gyms you have previously visited?

    Q1. Think nothing of it. Q2. Don't know would never use one. Q3. Being able to keep up my standard on the cricket field. Q4. Nothing, would never use it. Q5. n/a. Q6. n/a. Q7. People no knowing what they are doing (Commercial gyms, I've had the misfortune of being in). Q8. Free weights, space, few machines, people know what they are doing.
