Does anybody have a calender/spreadsheet where they record their mood? Watch

    I read somewhere in a book recommending people should do that, so you can notice patterns in your mood, so if you know you're going to have a downer, you plan ahead for that period so you don't put too much pressure for yourself.

    Does anybody do this?

    I note down when I've had a 'low day', aside from that I don't record any other moods.

    Yeah I have a spread sheet for my mood/day. I score things out of 20, and depending on the score it changes the cells colour. Looks pretty cool.
