    Q1) Sociology
Q2) Subjective. I dropped AS Sociology for AS Philosophy 6 weeks into my AS studies. I found Sociology too methodical and the use of data and social experiments were just boring to me. Philosophy is more interesting in my opinion; you study morality: are we born with knowing what is good and bad, or is is taught. Learn the problem of evil in religion. Look at questions like what is knowledge and where does it comes from? Philosophy is very broad and if you like things like science vs religion or language vs truth and validity then you will enjoy Philosophy. If you like looking at society and how different groups function to make a society, you'll enjoy society.
