I thought of becoming a vegan, but you can't get B12 from only plant based foods.
And I don't want to supplemt.
So I decided to eat only fish and no land based meat, dairy or eggs.

Now I saw an article where it said that fish are not capable of feeling pain.
So it's much more humane to eat them than land based animals who DO feel pain.
And it's better for our bodies and the planet.

So from tomorrow I am giving up meat, dairy products and eggs forever and I am going to eat only sardines and salmon and fruits, vegetables nuts and legums.

Cereal is foritifed with B12 and it's not the only vegan product that is either... Soy milk too has b12 added.

Nice try OP. Vegans are the super race, we reign supreme.

I quote a research that was done :

"Fish do not feel pain the way humans do, according to a team of neurobiologists, behavioral ecologists and fishery scientists. The researchers conclude that fish do not have the neuro-physiological capacity for a conscious awareness of pain."

Yuppppp I'm serious

Although I've been vegetarian for 3 years now(I think...), so I wanted to try something different. (Also I heard leaving dairy out of your diet can really help with fatigue...and I'm SO TIRED all the time!)

I also made the most delicious butternut squash and chickpea soup thing for lunch XD

I want to stick to mostly plant based food for now, I probably soon will be wanting vegan ice cream or vegan chocolate lol

Eating fish is MUCH worse for our planet, thanks to the factortame case, we've lost control over our waters, but overfishing is a serious problem. Everything is linked, and we are killing off our fish, how will that be good for our planet?
