Right, so, say there's this chick called Alexandria Poggingbottom, and she is a bit of a G. She goes to this college where there is some guy who likes her. His name is Julius Brenzaida. Problem is, although Julius is very charming and good looking, and perhaps (deep down) quite a sweet guy; he is (on the outside at least) a bit of a jerk.
Alexandria Poggingbottom does not know exactly what Julius Brenzaida wants, but she would put her money on it being a (vaguely) proper relationship.
Julius gets about a bit, and would not be a faithful boyfriend. Alexandria knows this because she has experienced it first hand from him, herself (both by being "the other chick" and also when he flitted off with some "other chick" when they were -sort of- dating a few years back). Julius would also probably bitch about Alexandria to all of his mates who she also associates with. This would be bad. Julius took ecstasy on the weekend. Julius regularly smokes weed. Julius is charming and funny. Julius is buff. Julius is a ******.
To be fair, although Alexandria is a faithful person etcetc, she is not all that brilliant, and maybe should get over herself thinking that she could do better than Mr Brenzaida.
If Julius asks her out, she could just go on a date with him and decide what to do then. She could even have some sort of a relationship with him, just making sure that she doesn't get emotionally involved. Or, alternatively, she could say "stuff you pig!" [no offence, Pig] and have nothing more to do with him. Or she could make it (subtly) clear that she is not interested in him so that he knows not to ask her out. Or she could give him a bit of his own medicine and date him for a while, before tearing his heart in two... The possibilities are endless.
My good friend Alexandria (who is a real, genuine bonafide person) would like to know your opinion asap.
Much love,
Cunning Ham.
