So we are meant to take our general welling into account? If, say, I have to still go out for the night with the boys to a few clubs or whatever then my binge would probably be the biggest steak on the menu with chips. Big enough to be awesome but not big enough to weigh me down.

Chicken donner and chips. It would be southern fried chicken but that uses too much effort to eat

I live a sheltered life when it comes to food so I accept your criticism.

A better question would be what X ingredients would you choose. If you say two I might pick mushrooms and butter or steak and pepper for example.

Okay I can see your logic there. Say if you could have 5 ingredients what would you choose then ?

Steak, sausage, bacon, bread (various if allowed), butter.

I could enjoy myself enormously with this.
