I have my mocks next week and I've mainly been revising higher paper for all subjects because that's what I've been put down for except for physics. My old physics teacher hated me and put me down for foundation before she left. So now I have to do the foundation paper for mocks but I'm going to resit after school and do the higher paper too. Anyways will me revising the higher papers affect what I get for the foundation? I know it won't make a huge different but I'm a bit paranoid since it's so close and this will decide what tier I do for the REAL exam

No, the higher covers everything in the foundation but with more detail. Your answers will just be a bit over detailed for a foundation paper but it shouldn't effect the marks too much.
