Hi there. I have lived in the UK over half of my life(11 years), I'm originally from Poland and I came over here when I was very young. Right now I'm at a University doing my 2nd year. If the UK left the EU with the upcoming referendum, would that affect my student loans for my 3rd year of University(tuition loan, maintenance loan)? Or would the rules - if there were new rules to begin with, only change for new starting students and not affect the ones already studying?

    Thanks

Almost certainly not. You will have finished your degree long before any actual exit happened, even if there was a vote for Brexit. there are likely to be eyars of negotiations.

What would it mean for new starting students if the UK did decide to leave the EU?
