    would you mad if a friend cancelled plans to hang out with u even if you had other friends to go with, say there was 6 of you and one says they can't come on the day your meant to go but it doesn't effect your plans would you be mad?....

    I'd only be annoyed if that friend consistently cancelled plans.

    Nah, not really. If it was a family thing or work or something that they needed to do, that would be important for them and we could hang out another time.
