I've been with my girlfriend for 4/5 months now. I love her to but I have been acting very childish and doing stupid things. See I'm a very insecure person due to be cheated on twice and I know that it's not my girlfriends fault but I always seem to take his out on her.

I get so jealous if she even mentions another boy never mind speak to one. I'm always paranoid that she will either cheat on me or leave me like anytime. She says I'm very obsessive with her and that I never gave her space or stuff, she says she loves me to bits and that she would never dream of cheating on me or leaving me but I'm pushing her away and she can't continue like this.

The thing is I do believe her and I do trust her but why do I always think bad of her? Why do I always think she's talking to someone else or that she will cheat on me. I also think sow times that's she's not interested in me I'll start having a go. I know I need a lot of help with this. I just want to stop being controlling, obsessive, pasboid, jealous boyfriend.

I want to stop all thks not just for her bu for myself aswell. I'm 20 btw if that helps.

Stop caring, let her do what she wants. If she cheats she cheats, but don't give a damn either way, believe me it'll bring her closer to you. If she accuses you of not caring dismiss it as nonsense and don't even entertain it, she just wants your attention.

Not easy. You could try talking it through with a councillor. Or just do your ultimate to change attitude - trust is important and from what I've seen the best way of holding on to your woman, counter intuitively, is to be totally non possessive.
