Whenever this girl touches my arm she keeps grabbing hold of it and feeling my muscles (there's not a lot tbh) and then calls me weak. I don't know if she's joking or not but I don't know what to take from this behavior from her. Whenever we're together she is really talkative and friendly to me and jokes with me but apart from that she has shown no clear signs of interest.

She's a nice girl but I don't know if I can get into a relationship with her if she does like me. I don't know what to say to her, because she is a good friend of mine so if I do say something like "do you like me?" and she doesn't then things might get awkward. Should I just ignore this from her and attribute it to just her being playful or should I ask her?

Though I am just happy with us as friends so I don't really know what to say to her

Grab her boobs (probably not a lot to grab, admittedly) and then call her, quite plainly, inadequate.
