I'm a girl, and I have what I assume to be orgasms in my sleep (feels like good throbbing, as if my heart has translocated itself to between my legs). However, I have never had the same feeling while awake!
I've been sexually active for 2.5 years and have had 3 sexual partners. The one I'm with atm is fantastic in bed, we do incredible dominant-submissive stuff which is my turn-on, so I am definitely comfortable and fulfilled. It feels great, but I've never had the same feeling I get when I'm asleep! Is this normal? Are sleeping orgasms always different?
I can only orgasm in my sleep, help? Watch

What you're experiencing is commonly known as Cosby's Disorder.
It's quite common for young whippersnappers such as yourself.

(Ignore the reply above - even if it survives.)
There can be a difference: when you're awake, you can be more aware of what's about to happen.
What have you tried while alone, in terms of masturbating?
