I've got a place to study medicine, starting 2017, and I'm about to go on a gap year. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any jobs, that I could do for a few months, where I'd be using my French (or just spending time abroad) and getting paid a decent salary?
I've been looking at UK Summer Camps, like XUK, that pay around £1000 for a month's work and I'm wondering if there are any similar things abroad (I've looked into PGL but it starts in May and clashes with A2 exams). Obviously there's Camp America and the other spin offs, but you only manage to break even by the end of it, whereas I'm looking to make enough money to cover the rest of my gap year. Ideally I'd like to be utilising my A-level French, but if anyone has any other suggestions for earning a decent amount during the summer/autumn months then I'm all ears. Also just general information about gap years/ working ski seasons/ becoming fluent/ summer camps etc. would be much appreciated.
