Damn Daniel!!!!

I was on Instagram yesterday and I saw this then I put on the radio today and I heard it again. At first when I saw this I was like WTH :facepalm: Either I'm not young enough to understand teenagers today or I just don't get it. Then I watched it again and again and I just thought the guy sounded like some kind of perv but I still don't get it. Can anyone tell me what the joke is.
