What is the difference between holism and humanism?

Holism is the opposite of Reductionism. It looks at the whole picture rather than breaking it down. (Humanism is an example of Holism at it looks at the whole individual rather than specific aspects of an individual)

Humanism is a theory that emphasises that we're all individuals with different feelings, thoughts, emotions and goals. Think Carl Rogers, or Maslow.
