# Processing concordant results Watch

1. I am doing Individual Investigations F336 unit, OCR B Salters Board.

I come up with concordant readings during calculations for example...

6.40 and 6.45.

How do I process it? Do I take the mean of these two concordant readings...

Which number should I use to do my calculations?

Just average them and round up to 2 d.p.
3. For more accurate results, you should have more than two readings and normally you should take the average of the readings beside the first reading because it is usually not concordant as in your two readings, for two readings to be concordant, the difference should be 0.02 cm^3 while in your readings the difference is 0.05 so they're not concordant
