    Hi. Does anyone have any predictions for what will be on the 2016 chem 4 paper and the difficulty level compared to past exams ?

    You may want to specify which exam board you are studying.

    Also, you may want to look at the most recent papers 2013, 2014 (and 2015 if your teacher has set it as a mock) and see whether there's a trend in difficulty, common questions etc but predicting is a dangerous game - best to try to understand everything

    Thanks. It's AQA. I just wanted to be prepared becuase the recent papers have been quite difficult but seeing as it is the last year of the old spec im hoping the examiners are leniant.

    I've been warned by all my teachers to expect the exact opposite. A lot of them have said that we may well get all the *****y questions that didn't make it into past papers. I'm so nervous. Chem papers generally tend to have a trend to them though. They always seem to start on the same sort of questions, and you can pretty much count on the same topics coming up over and over.
