Aid organisations such as the Red cross and MSF are great for aiding victims in distress but it's only temporary, until the war or epidemic is over?
Like, what's next? Shouldn't there be constant help and constant medical care for things lke tropical diseases and mental health issues in country where medical care is extremely poor?

    I dunno, what's your opinion.

I definitely agree with you that tropical diseases and mental health issues should be looked into more however there will always be conflicts that require charitable organisations such as the Red Cross and MSF to provide medical assistance for which makes them very important in the world.
Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
