Two motivations for me: What people have done to help me get where I am today + where I want to be in life.

When I feel pessimistic about my work and studies I motivate myself by chanting in my head.

I know I won't die but when I'm procrastinating the thought tends to panic me and then I do what I need to do.

    What do you chant?
Depends really. Either about the positives of what will happen or just chanting in a way that changes my mood.

I guess when I think about how much I have to do I feel really sad about my failures and want to make things better, so I make a list of things to do and pick something that looks easy. Then once I've got something done I want to do something else, and it goes on from there.

    1. Watch motivational videos.
    2. Think about the rewards of achieving your goal
    3. Think about what you'll feel like if you don't achieve your goal
    4. **** off tsr right now and do your goddamn work

    Best of luck.
