Aqa exam board question need helo dont really know how ti answer a question like this thanks

Germany first began to slip into a dictatorship when Hitler started to consolidate his power following his appointment as chancellor in January 1933. In March, shortly after the National Socialist German Workers' Party achieved victory with 44% of the vote in a nationwide election, the SA intimidated non-Nazi deputies into passing the Enabling Act that allowed Hitler to make his own laws.To get the Catholic Church on the side of the Nazis, in June 1933, Pope Pius XI agreed that the Vatican would not oppose the political and social aims of the party in an agreement called the Concordant. In the following month all other political parties in Germany apart from the Nazis were banned In 1934 Hitler set up the Nazi people's courts where judges had to swear an oath of loyalty to the Nazi Party which effectively meant that Hitler now had full control over law and justice in the Reich. Finally, when Hindenburg dies in August 1934, Hitler declares himself to be president, chancellor and head of the army. By then, Hitler was the Führer and dictator of Germany.
